Shipping and Returns:
U.S. orders will ship using USPS First-Class or Priority Mail (depending on the size of the order) with delivery confirmation.

International orders will ship via USPS First-Class Mail International (if you would like to change your shipping method to Priority Mail International, please email me for an invoice after you place your order). Once shipped, your order should take 7-21 days to arrive, but may take longer if it gets stuck in customs. The buyer is responsible for any customs fees the package may incur.

For health and safety reasons, all sales are final and returns cannot be accepted. However, if you have a problem with your product, please contact me immediately and I will see what I can do to help. I want you to be happy with your nail polish!

Payment:
Maryland residents will be charged 6% sales tax.

Polishes:
Full-size polishes are approximately 15 ml/0.5 fl oz, mini polishes are approximately 5 ml/0.17 fl oz. Bottles are brand new. One or two stainless steel mixing balls are included in each bottle. The base in each polish has been formulated to work well with specific pigments/glitters, but glitter polishes and heavy mica polishes should be rolled between your palms and/or shaken gently before each use for best results.

Listings:
I try to photograph and describe my polishes as accurately as possible. If you have any questions about a polish, please ask! :-)

Application:
I recommend starting with a clear base coat. Then apply 1-3 coats of polish to each nail, depending on how thin/thick each coat is and how translucent/opaque you want the polish. Make sure to let the polish dry between coats! Finishing with a fast dry top coat will make the polish last longer, and capping the free edge of your nail with each coat will help as well.

Polishes with heavier ingredients have thicker bases to promote suspension; if you need to, you can use nail polish thinner to bring the base to your desired consistency.

Some solvent resistant glitters may appear to have a slight reflective curve in nail polish. This is normal and should not prevent application to the nail.

Removal:
Remove as you would any other polish. If you are are not used to removing heavy glitter polishes, there are some tricks that help, so feel free to send me a message if you are having difficulty.

Health and Safety:
Chaos & Crocodiles products are for use on the nails only. They are not for internal consumption. Use them in a well ventilated area and do not inhale fumes.

 Nail polish is flammable - do not use them near an open flame.

 Use caution around children and pets.
